These workshops include structured sessions designed to improve teachers' and staff members' understanding of how to support students with ASD and related disabilities through The CMS Approach™.

Our workshops are conducted by experienced consultants who specialize in The CMS Approach™. During the workshops, you will engage in hands-on activities and receive expert guidance, and practical tips on creating supportive classroom environments for students with ASD and related disabilities.

Workshops for Districts

We offer professional development workshops for districts that do not have any existing system or program in place for managing and supporting the learning needs of students with ASD and related disabilities. These districts lack structured approaches for addressing behavioral challenges and providing support to students with ASD and related disabilities.

Key Features

The key features of professional development workshops tailored for districts without any existing knowledge system include:

18 hours of professional development and presentation: The workshop demonstrates how to implement The CMS Approach™ in your classroom. This includes guiding educators on classroom mapping, IEP & SDI minutes reviewing, and daily classroom schedules.
Live Immersive Classroom Training: We provide live immersive classroom training during the workshop. It offers an interactive learning experience conducted directly within a classroom setting.
Fidelity monitoring: We ensure the consistent and effective implementation of The CMS Approach™ through fidelity monitoring.
Consultant support: The workshop is led by three CMS consultants who bring expertise in classroom management and student support.
Knowledge transfer: As an educator, you will leave the workshop with the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to develop and set up your classrooms according to The CMS Approach™. At the end of the training, we ensure you are fully prepared to implement supportive learning environments for students with ASD and related disabilities.
