The CMS Approach: Certification Process for Schools

Learn More About CMS Certification

What Is the CMS Approach?

The Classroom Management Systems (CMS) Approach is a structured, ABA-based framework that helps schools build consistent, data-driven classrooms where students thrive. Our certification ensures your staff are equipped to apply CMS strategies with fidelity, reduce disruptive behavior, and foster proactive, team-based support systems.

The CMS Approach trains classroom teams to implement:

Consistency – Predictable routines and expectations

Structure – Visual supports and organized physical environments

Reinforcement – Effective use of positive behavior supports

Data – Tracking progress through objective data

Teaming – Unified, collaborative classroom response
