About Us

Since 2022, CMS has been at the forefront of revolutionizing special education. We empower educators with the tools and strategies they need to unlock the full potential of every student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disabilities.

We specialize in designing and implementing tailored programs to train special education districts, teams, and teachers using evidence-based best practices.

Prioritizing and understanding each student's unique strengths, challenges, and behavioral needs are integral to our methodology. Additionally, we provide live immersive training sessions to empower schools to optimize their impact on student success, both academically and socially.

The CMS Approach™

At the heart of our philosophy is The CMS Approach™, a student-centered methodology that supports educators at every stage in the classroom. We go beyond curriculum focus to provide the tools and knowledge for successful pre-planning, differentiated instruction, and positive behavior management in the classroom.

The CMS Approach™ was originally established in 2015 by our founder, Donna M Neill, MS, ITDS, L- BCBA and former Director of Specialized programming, to establish new day programs in South Florida. The concept was refined in 2020 for the public school setting, set within Mesa Public Schools, MPS.

Subsequently, approval was granted for the implementation of the 2022 current program, which commenced with a pilot phase and remains ongoing within the Florence Unified School District (FUDS).

Meet Our Founder

Donna M. Neill, MS, ITDS, L-BCBA

Donna M. Neill’s journey from Sydney, Australia, to the United States in the 4th grade was just the beginning of a remarkable adventure. In 2013, Donna achieved a significant milestone in her career by becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She witnessed an urgent need for structured, behaviorally-based academic programs for students with ASD and related disabilities.

Taking decisive action, Donna established numerous day programs across South Florida, becoming a driving force for change in her community.

Recognizing the widespread need for restructuring within district Special Education programs, she embarked on a mission to share her knowledge with others.
